Legendary composer Stephen Sondheim is having a pretty great year. He received a Broadway theater in his name for his 80th birthday, has been celebrated at numerous galas by Broadway’s best and has his work back on the boards in Sondheim on Sondheim. Today's Ann Thompson sat down with Sondheim to chat about his exciting 2010, reflect on his past work, mention two new shows he is working on (!) and figure out just what it is about “Send in the Clowns” that makes it so popular.
